Getting to Jyrgalan:

If you hire transport from Bishkek to Karakol, it will cost around $100 for a car (4-7 seats) and $240 for a Sprinter bus (18 seats). You will need to hire transport further to Jyrgalan.

If you are not in a group, the best option is to go to Karakol by shared transport with passengers, and then to Jyrgalan, renting a car would be ideal.
