Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek
Arrival at Manas International Airport:
Meet your driver or guide for transfer to your hotel in Bishkek (30–40 minutes from the airport).
Check-in at a comfortable hotel or guesthouse and relax after your long flight.
Day2. Bishkek- Cholpon-Ata. (290 km 4h30m drive; 1 hour explore)
After leaving Bishkek in about 1.30 hour you can start first visit from an ancient tower Burana which is belong to 11th century then away heading to Cholpon-Ata on the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kol.(second alpine lake in the world)
Visit the petroglyphs at Cholpon-Ata, which date back thousands of years.
Enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach and swimming in the pools or boat ride on Issyk-Kul Lake.
Spend the night at a guesthouse or resort along the lake. Dinner in a café
Day3. Cholpon-Ata-Karakol. (150km; 2h45min drive, 3 hours exploring)
- Visit Przhevalsky Museum, dedicated to explorer Nikolai Przhevalsky.
- Visit the Dungan Mosque, a distinctive architectural gem built by the Dungan people.
- Stroll through the town center and get a feel for the local atmosphere.
- Check into your accommodation. Enjoy a traditional Kyrgyz meal at a local restaurant
Day4. Kara-Kol to Barskoon. (125km 2h20m driving+3-5 hours exploring)
Depart from Karakol on the way pull off the road to look “Broken heart” and “Seven bull” rocks formations, which offer breathtaking photo opportunities. After visiting Jeti-Oguz, head towards the Barskoon Valley. Hike to the Barskoon Waterfall, a picturesque and easily accessible natural wonder. Enjoy the serene mountain landscapes and night here in a cottage or in yurt camp
Day5. Barskoon to Song-Kol lake (300km 5h30m driving)
Drive to Song Kul Lake, which is situated at an altitude of approximately 3,016 meters (9,895 feet).
Enjoy the scenic drive through the mountains, passing by picturesque valleys and yurt-dotted landscapes.
Arrive at Song Kul Lake and check into a yurt camp for a genuine nomadic experience.
Take a horseback ride or hike in the nearby hills, which offer panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountain ranges.
Enjoy the serenity of the area, take photographs, and immerse yourself in the traditional nomadic culture
Day6. Song-Kol lake to Kazarman (212km 4 h drive)
Continue your journey from yurt camp to Kazarman, which will take you through remote mountain roads.
The drive may be challenging, but it offers breathtaking views of the Kyrgyz countryside.
Arrive in Kazarman and settle into your accommodation for the night.
Brief information on the road:
The road from Issyk-Kul through Kazarman to Jalal-Abad is a new alternative road it is being built on standard condition between the north and south of Kyrgyzstan. 80% of the road is already covered with asphalt, the remaining sections of the road will be completed in the near future.
Day7. Kazarman to Arslanbap. (230km 6-7 h driving)
From Kazarman to Arstanbap will provide you with a unique and off-the-beaten-path adventure, offering an opportunity to experience the rugged beauty of Kyrgyzstan’s landscapes and the warmth of its local communities.
Arslanbob is famous for having one of the world’s largest walnut forests, covering thousands of hectares. The village’s economy is heavily dependent on walnut production, and visitors can explore the lush forests and see how the walnuts are harvested and processed.
The village has a diverse population, with both Kyrgyz and Uzbek residents, which creates a unique cultural atmosphere. You can engage with locals, learn about their customs, and experience Kyrgyz and Uzbek traditions.

Day8. Exploring for Arslanbap afternoon drive to Osh
(201km 4h30m drive+1hour exploring in Uzgen minaret tower)
After breakfast. Walk to big (85m) and small (35m) waterfalls and market. Then continue driving to Uzgen minaret (The Uzgen Minaret is believed to have been constructed in the 11th century during the Karakhanid dynasty's rule. The Karakhanids were a Turkic Muslim dynasty that played a significant role in Central Asian history.) and heading away to Osh.
Osh is the second-largest city in Kyrgyzstan and one of the oldest cities in Central Asia, with a history dating back over 3,000 years. It’s a vibrant and culturally rich city located in the Fergana Valley in the southern part of the country. Here’s an overview of what you can expect when visiting Osh:

Day9. Osh –Sary-Mogol (220km 3h30m drive).
After breakfast. Start city exploration on following places: then after lunch continue driving to Sary-Mogol village.
1. Sulaiman-Too Mountain: Osh is famous for the Sulaiman-Too Mountain, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s a sacred place for both Muslims and local residents and offers panoramic views of the city and the surrounding valley.
2. Historical Sites: Explore the city’s historical and cultural sites, including the Rabat Abdul Khan Mosque, the Osh Historical Museum, and the Alymbek-Datka Mausoleum
3. Osh Bazaar: Osh is home to one of the largest and most bustling markets in Central Asia, the Osh Bazaar. Here, you can find a wide range of goods, from fresh produce to traditional Kyrgyz crafts and textiles
Drive to Sary-Mogol
Driving along the m41 is Alay valley, it takes you through some of the world’s most rugged and stunning mountain landscapes, with towering peaks, deep valleys, and pristine alpine lakes.
Sary-Mogol is a small town located in the Alay Valley of southern Kyrgyzstan. It’s a gateway to some of the country’s most spectacular and rugged mountain landscapes, including the Pamir Mountains and the Alay Range.
The area around Sary-Mogol offers numerous trekking and hiking opportunities. Popular treks include those to Lenin Peak Base Camp, Tulpar Kol Lake. These treks lead through breathtaking mountain scenery, alpine meadows, and pristine valleys.

Day10. Sary-Mogol-Tulpar-Kol lake
Tulpar Kol Lake is a stunning alpine lake located in the Pamir-Alay Mountains of Kyrgyzstan. This high-altitude lake is known for its remarkable beauty, turquoise waters, and its proximity to the majestic Peak Lenin. Here’s what you need to know about visiting Tulpar Kol Lake:
The lake is in close proximity to Lenin Peak, which is a renowned mountaineering destination. The area serves as a base camp for climbers attempting to summit this 7,134-meter (23,406-foot) peak.
Drive to yurt camp in Tulpar-Kol. Then walk to the best view of Lenin Peak from the short and easy distance possible to see the grandiose view of peaks. Hiking around the lakes are recommended during the sunset time before dinner and night in yurt camp.

Day 11. Options to continue the tour:
IT IS POSSIBLE TO EXTEND THE TOURS, FOR THIS YOU NEED TO INFORM IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO CLARIFY, PREPARE ROUTES AND ORGANIZE THE NEXT TOURS
- Start trekking to Alay mountains for 3-4 days.
- Continue the driving to Pamir (Tajikistan) until Dushanbe 5-6days
- Drive to Dostuk boder in Osh then cross to Uzbekistan (Andijan-Tashkent)
- Visit China is 100km from Sary-Mogol to the Erkeshtam boder
