This 3-day cycling adventure offers a unique journey from the high mountains of the Alay Valley down toward the warmer landscapes of the Fergana Valley. The route combines dramatic mountain passes, remote shepherd areas, and traditional villages, giving cyclists the opportunity to experience the changing landscapes and cultures of southern Kyrgyzstan.
The tour begins in Sary-Mogol, a mountain village located at the foot of the famous Lenin Peak (7134 m). From here, cyclists ride across the scenic Tenizbay Pass, surrounded by wide alpine pastures and panoramic views of the Pamir-Alay mountain range.
